1 March 2014
Not only was today the start of a new month, but also the beginning of EducateFirst’s SATs preparation/revision classes.
The special classes were rolled out to all Key Stage 2, Year 6 groups across all our learning centres. Over the next 9 weeks (every Saturday) the programme will capture core elements from the National Curriculum, help students gain confidence by providing them with the support and encouragement they need coupled with the opportunity to go over past test papers and exam-style questions.
SATs can be a burden for many students and their parents, but at EducateFirst we help to lighten that burden by preparing students for their tests, which are scheduled to take place in May 2014.

In addition to SATs, we continue to support students in Year 11, preparing them for their GCSE exams. Students practice exam questions and engage in revision sessions with our tutors each week to ensure they achieve the highest grades possible when they sit their final exams this summer.
Working with local tutors, EducateFirst offers educational support to hundreds of local school children each week. Our community-based learning initiative has provided benefit to students and helped them prepare for their future academic years or careers.
