Leeds education open day

17 April 2010

EducateFirst launches its community-based learning initiative with a FREE open day for the community of Leeds. The open day was held at the Bangladeshi Community Centre in the heart of the Harehills area on Roundhay Road.

Members of the local community attended to seek advice from our tutors and register for classes in Maths, English and Science. These classes will provide educational support to children aged 5-16 years and aim to boost their exam grades.

  1. Nice site with some good information for students and teachers. Do you have any vacancies for teachers?

  2. I got this web site from friend who shared with some information about learning speaking some English. Do you have more open day in Leeds so I can come for help to learning English? I want to visit your centre for help.

  3. Hello, Will there be any more free open days from educate first coming up soon as I want to get involved in becoming a teacher in the future. I think this would be a great opportunity for me to work with other teachers before i do my PGCE.
