EducateFirst's response to the pandemic

We have been keeping constantly abreast of the regular updates and advice provided by Public Health England and the UK Government. As you will be aware, the situation has been changing rapidly and increasingly restrictive measures are being implemented nationwide to contain the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Centre closure

Our highest priority is ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of our students and staff. We are aware that exam season is fast approaching and therefore we have made great efforts to ensure our classes remain running to date. However, given the announcement of school closures across England, the EducateFirst Team has made the difficult decision that it is no longer feasible for our classes to remain running. The learning centres are closed until further notice.

For parents who have made payment for 21 and 28 March 2020, these payments will be carried forward. Once the centres are reopened, we will ensure any amounts already paid by existing parents are deducted from the payment due for that month. If due to government guidelines we are unable to recommence our tutoring sessions before the beginning of the next academic year, consideration will be given to the processing of refunds.

What next?

We will keep our parents and tutors updated regarding the evolving situation. Please visit this page for up-to-date information.
