EducateFirst's response to the pandemic

We have been keeping constantly abreast of the regular updates and advice provided by Public Health England and the UK Government. As you will be aware, the guidance is constantly changing to help contain the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Centre closure

Our highest priority is ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of our students and staff. Although some schools have partially reopened, the EducateFirst Team will continue monitoring the situation over the coming weeks before considering the opening of it’s learning centres. 

Payments & Refunds

We are now offering refunds for students who paid for classes on 21 & 28 March 2020, but were unable to attend as the centres closed due to COVID-19. To get your refund for the missed sessions, please click the link below and complete the form BEFORE 17 July 2020.

What next?

We will keep our parents and tutors updated regarding the evolving situation and when our learning centres are likely to re-open. Currently. this is likely to be at the start of the next academic year (September/October 2020). Please visit this page for up-to-date information.
