Member account, password and security

Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify EducateFirst of any unauthorised use of your password or account and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. EducateFirst cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Your conduct

Our blog, forums and other pages of the Website where you are capable of posting material are provided for the exchange of lawful, relevant, fair and appropriate information, opinions, materials and comment.

You acknowledge that all information, data (including registration data), text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other materials (“Content“), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. EducateFirst does not accept any responsibility for the content posted by users visiting the Website. If you are concerned about any of the content on this site, please contact our moderators (website@educatefirst.co.uk). You agree to not use the Service to:

You acknowledge that EducateFirst does not screen any of the comments posted by visitors. We rely on our users to inform us of any posts or comments that may be deemed inappropriate.

This indemnity includes both any liability to third parties, and other costs and losses incurred by EducateFirst.
